Best Homecare and Staffing is a family-owned agency in Nampa, Idaho that started in 2007. During a time when a family member was in need of in-homecare services, we were unable to find an agency that we felt gave the right care. This has driven our founders, Karen and Rose, to establish our home care service business. Today, we continue to provide the best care possible on a daily basis.

Rose Raine
Rose Raine
In business’ early days, Rose Raine played a big part in moving the company forward. Rose has many years of experience in nursing homes and assisted living. She has a great passion for health care which she passed down to her daughter, Karen.
Rose has always enjoyed making others happy, but she found her true calling when she started to take care of her parents. She loved that she can make them happy in their own home, and she enjoyed making sure they get the best care possible. Rose has always had a big heart, great personality, and a positive attitude, and she loved passing that on to others.

Karen Raine
Like her mother, she has many years of experience. She graduated in 1998 from Homedale High school, were she received her CNA license. She always had a passion for the medical field and wanted to do more. She got accepted at Washington University and graduated with her LPN license in 2004.
She worked at the hospital for 2 years but she felt that was not her calling. When she started to help her grandma and grandpa on a daily basis, she finally found what she enjoyed – helping others in their home by taking care of them. Karen has always been a kind, big-hearted person, who is always looking to make a difference in someone’s life.
